OMA Code of Ethics (February 2019)

The Code of Ethics addresses these important areas: Corporate Ethics, OMA staff, customers & suppliers, OMA environment, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Political Contribution and Conflict of Interest.

OMA Group SHEQ policy (February 2019)

OMA Group is committed to managing its operations and business activities in a responsible manner with due consideration to the health, safety and security of its staff & all stakeholders, and to the environment in which OMA conducts its business.

OMA Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption Policy (June 2021)

It is our policy to conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner. OMA takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and we are committed to act professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our relationship and business dealings wherever we operate. The purpose of this policy is to set out our responsibilities, and those working for us, in observing and upholding OMA’s position on bribery and corruption. It also provides information and guidance to those working for OMA how to recognise and deal with bribery and corruption issues, should they arise.

OMA Ghana Procurement policy (June 2018)

Our procurement policy gives us guidelines on procurement planning, contract management and selection of suppliers. OMA has different categories of subcontractors and selection of suppliers goes through a process where certifications are inspected, and, in some cases, onsite inspections are carried out.

All suppliers must comply with the local laws of Ghana and therefore must be registered with the following
agencies:

  1. The Registrar General’s Department,
  2. Ghana Revenue Authority,
  3. The Petroleum Commission for O&G projects

Suppliers under the Critical Supplier list are evaluated on QHSSE standards yearly as a form of performance monitoring.
